MEMBERS COOPERATORS - ART. 5 of the Statute
Cooperator members can be individuals, legal bodies or organizations which have their residence, domicile or home in the areas involved in the social activities, and who intend to purchase goods ot use the services supplied by the Cooparative.

To be accepted as a member, you have to apply to the Board of Directors in writing, including in the application (if it's an individual):
  1. Name, surname, residence address, date and place of birth
  2. The indication of the actual activities carried out
  3. The amount of capital that he/she proposes to subscribe, which cannot be lower nor higher than the maximum limits fixed by the law

The Board of Directors, after verifying that the requirements referred to in art. 5 are met, will make their decision on the request on a non-discriminatory basis, consistent with the purpose of mutual help and with the activity performed.

The admission decision must be communicated to and recorded by the directors in the members' register.
